1. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide from our workshop at:

Whether you’re in China or abroad, we bring the beauty of jade directly to you.
2. Processing Time
Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect its natural beauty.
Custom Orders: Personalized items require 7–14 business days to craft and process, depending on complexity. An estimated delivery timeline will be shared when you place your order.
Delays: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed via email if that occurs.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted logistics providers for timely and secure delivery:
Domestic (China)
Courier: SF Express or similar
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Cost: $5–$10 USD (or equivalent in CNY), calculated at checkout
International
Courier: DHL, FedEx, or China Post
Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (up to 21 in remote areas)
Cost: From $15 USD, depending on destination and method

4. Shipping Costs
Calculated at Checkout: Based on weight, destination, and method
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping worldwide (excluding some remote areas)
Import Duties & Taxes: Not included in shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges in their country.
5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link after your order ships. You can monitor your package from Xiamen to your door.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take every measure to ensure safe delivery:
Lost Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (or 45 days internationally), let us know—we’ll file a claim and issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
